Hawkins Hatton is excited to announce an opening for dynamic and experienced Real Estate lawyers to join a geographical team. This is a fantastic opportunity for versatile real estate lawyers who thrive in a busy environment and enjoy both hands-on work and mentoring.

About the Role

As a senior Real Estate lawyer in your geographical area, you will be involved in a broad portfolio of work that keeps each day varied and engaging. Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling real estate finance transactions, including property aspects of lending for institutional and private lenders.

• Supporting our corporate department with property elements of sales and acquisitions, including asset and share deals.

• Assisting SMEs with leasing, property transfers into pension funds, lease agreements, and property development projects.

• Advising clients on land purchases, options, sales, leasebacks, restrictive covenants, and more.

A typical day involves managing these matters while helping to supervise and develop our talented team.

Details and Benefits

A full-time role, 5 days a week, 9am-5:30pm. We embrace hybrid working and there is potential to work out of the office 2-3 days a week. A competitive salary package is available. The team currently consists of one partner, one associate, one solicitor and three trainees.
