We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor (4–8 PQE) to join our established and growing real estate team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer looking to work on high‑quality matters with genuine responsibility, client exposure and scope for progression.

The Role

You will advise a broad client base on a varied caseload, including:

  • Landlord and tenant matters
  • Commercial acquisitions and disposals
  • Development and regeneration projects
  • Property aspects of corporate transactions
  • Asset management and portfolio work

You will work closely with partners and colleagues across corporate, banking and construction, with early responsibility and the chance to develop strong client relationships.

About You

You will:

  • Be a qualified solicitor with 4–8 years’ PQE in commercial property
  • Have strong technical ability and sound commercial judgement
  • Be confident managing matters with appropriate supervision
  • Enjoy working collaboratively while taking ownership of your work
