We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Partner to strengthen and grow our established real estate practice.

This is an opportunity for a senior lawyer with a strong market profile to join a firm that combines quality work, autonomy, and commercial realism.

The Role

You will play a key role in the continued development of our Commercial Property offering, advising clients across a broad range of matters including:

  • Acquisitions and disposals
  • Landlord and tenant work
  • Development projects
  • Refurbishment and asset management
  • Property aspects of corporate transactions
  • Asset finance

The role offers genuine scope to shape strategy, grow your practice, and collaborate closely with colleagues across corporate, banking, construction and dispute resolution.

About You

You will be:

  • A Commercial Property Partner or senior lawyer operating at partner level
  • Technically strong, with a proven track record of delivering complex property matters
  • Commercially minded, with the ability to build and sustain client relationships
  • Entrepreneurial in approach, whether managing an existing following or looking to grow one with structured support

A following is welcome but not essential; strategic growth potential and cultural fit are what we value.
