Sandy is a commercial property expert with over 35 years’ experience. Prior to joining Hawkins Hatton, Sandy led the Local Government Property Team at Anthony Collins Solicitors and prior to that led the Birmingham Property Team at Bevan Brittan for 12 years, dealing with all aspects of real estate for public sector clients in health and local government. Additionally, she has advised clients in various sectors including property finance, education, registered providers and those in the private sector.
Sandy specialises in complex transactions ranging from the property aspects of joint venture acquisitions and projects for local authorities and the outsourcing of specific services to support local authorities. She also has vast knowledge and experience in: sales and purchases for private corporate clients, landlord and tenant matters acting for retailers, land acquisitions and site set-ups for residential developers, acquisitions and refinancing for registered providers, large scale voluntary transfers for registered providers, insolvency sales acting for the lender, sales and PFI projects for Health Trusts, as well as disposals and the building of new schools for local authorities.

Manisha Bajwa joined Hawkins Hatton in November 2024 as a Commercial Property Solicitor.
She studied Law with Criminology at Sheffield Hallam University and completed her LPC & Masters in Law at the University of Law in Birmingham. Her professional journey includes roles at Browne Jacobson LLP and Elliot Mather LLP, where she then qualified. Manisha brings over six years of experience in Commercial Property to her role.
She is proficient in managing her own caseload and assists on a variety of transactions, including sales, purchases, finance, and landlord and tenant work. Manisha is known for her excellent communication skills and time management, consistently receiving positive feedback from clients and colleagues on these traits.
In her spare time, Manisha regularly attends the gym and enjoys reading and spending time with family and friends.
Joyelle Jarrett

Joyelle Jarrett joined Hawkins Hatton in July 2022 and is currently part of the Real Estate Team. She works on a variety of cases, including landlord and tenant matters as well as large-scale commercial property transactions, acting for both banks and borrowers.
Joyelle completed her LPC and MSc in Business and Management at the University of Law in November 2019, after earning her degree in LLB Law and Management from Aston University.
Outside of work, Joyelle enjoys cooking, spending time with family and friends, and volunteering for charitable causes.

Amreen Jhutty is a member of the Real Estate Team at Hawkins Hatton, where she supports the team by assisting with legal due diligence and drafting ancillary documents.
She graduated with a 2:1 in LLB Law from Aston University in 2022 and has completed the LPC at The University of Law, Birmingham.
In her spare time, Amreen enjoys going to the gym, following sports, and travelling.
Macaulay Callard

Macaulay Callard is a member of the Real Estate Team at Hawkins Hatton, where he plays a key role in various real estate transactions. His responsibilities include assisting with the drafting of contractual documents and the due diligence process. Macauley graduated with an LLB from Bournemouth University and is currently pursuing his LPC at the University of Law.
Outside of the office, Macauley’s hobbies include travelling, skiing, and socialising with family and friends.
Kyra Ganger

Kyra Ganger is a Legal Assistant at Hawkins Hatton, where she supports the team by handling general administrative duties such as organising and maintaining files, filing, and diary management.
She interacts daily with fee earners and managing partners. Kyra graduated from Aston University in 2022 with a degree in LLB Law with Management and is currently preparing for the SQE exams at The University of Law, Birmingham.
In her spare time, Kyra regularly goes to the gym and enjoys socialising with her family and friends.
