We are a boutique law firm seeking an experienced Corporate Partner to join our growing practice and play a meaningful role in its future direction.

This opportunity will appeal to a senior corporate lawyer who values high‑quality work, trusted client relationships and the ability to shape how a firm operates, without the politics or rigidity of a larger firm.

A following is welcome but not essential. What matters is judgment, ambition and alignment with a boutique, growth‑minded culture.

The Role

You will advise owners, investors and management teams on a broad range of corporate matters, including:

  • M&A and disposals
  • Growth capital and private equity transactions
  • Shareholder and investment agreements
  • Corporate governance and restructurings

You will have the autonomy to develop your practice while working closely with like‑minded colleagues in a collaborative, non‑hierarchical setting.

About You

  • Established Corporate Partner or senior lawyer operating at partner level
  • Strong technical and commercial capability
  • Client‑focused, pragmatic and solutions‑driven
  • A following is welcome but not essential
