We are a boutique law firm specialising in Corporate and Commercial Property, seeking an experienced Corporate Solicitor at Senior Associate or Principal Associate level to support the continued growth of our corporate practice.

This role suits a senior lawyer who enjoys leading transactions, developing client relationships and operating with a high degree of autonomy, while remaining closely connected to partners in a collaborative, low‑hierarchy environment.

The Role

You will take a lead role on a range of corporate matters, including:

  • M&A transactions, sales and disposals
  • Investment and shareholder agreements
  • Corporate restructurings and governance
  • Commercial contracts
  • Property‑linked and asset‑backed transactions, working closely with the Commercial Property team

You will manage matters end‑to‑end with appropriate partner support, supervise junior lawyers where required, and play a visible role in client relationships.

About You

  • Qualified solicitor with 4–8 years’ PQE in corporate law
  • Operating at Senior Associate or Principal Associate level, or ready to step into it
  • Strong technical ability with sound commercial judgment
  • Comfortable leading matters and mentoring others
  • Interested in long‑term progression within a boutique firm
