I am an employment consultant at Hawkins Hatton and a trusted adviser to employers on all aspects of employment law. I have experience of working in-house for large organisations and am not only capable of advising on the employment aspects of corporate transactions, but day-to-day workplace issues too.
My practice spans the full employee lifecycle—from recruitment through to complex exits and all the knotty employment issues in between. I am skilled in drafting and negotiating employment contracts, consultancy agreements and settlement agreements and can offer on-site or remote support with TUPE transfers or redundancies. I regularly appear in tribunal proceedings up and down the country in cases concerning discrimination, unfair dismissal and whistleblowing.
As a part-time university teacher, I also enjoy delivering interactive training sessions to clients on a range of employment topics, whether online or in-person.
Outside of work you will either find me at a beach with my children or listening to one of my favourite podcasts.
