As Hawkins Hatton continues to grow in size and reputation, we are looking for a mid level Real Estate/Banking & Finance lawyer to join the team. We have a strong reputation for our depth of knowledge and unique, reliable, and effective delivery of service.

We have exceptional longstanding relationships with the professional services sector both regionally and in London. Through which we have developed a loyal and expansive client base of SME’s (turnover of £10m +), HNW individuals and mainstream lenders.

All our work is referred in and we have a very strong pipeline of confirmed business for you to take over

The successful candidate will;

• Require a proven track record of working on complex and high value real estate deals with excellent technical ability and commerciality
• Enjoy building client and professional relationships
• Preferably have experience in training and mentoring junior team members.
• Be seeking a long term move with ambition to progress with the firm.
• Be a confident communicator with the ability to inspire clients and peers.
• Having the ability to cement and grow the current sector relationships that we have.
• Display energy, enthusiasm and passion for the practice area

Senior Corporate/Commercial Lawyer.

As Hawkins Hatton continues to grow in size and reputation, we are looking for a Senior Corporate Lawyer to join the team. We have a strong reputation for our depth of knowledge and unique, reliable, and effective delivery of service.

Recognised for exceptional longstanding relationships within the professional services sector both regionally and in London. Hawkins Hatton have developed a loyal and expansive client base of SME’s (turnover of £10m +), HNW individuals and mainstream lenders.

All our work is referred in and we have a very strong pipeline for you to takeover. This will allow the two managing partners to grow new business across the Midlands and London.

Key requirements of the role include;

• Managing a case load of high value M&A work including sales, purchases, MBOs, MBIs, corporate restructures, commercial contracts and shareholder agreements etc
• Having a proven track record of leading complex and high value corporate deals with excellent technical drafting ability and commerciality
• Experience in training and mentoring junior team members.
• Be seeking a long term move with ambition to progress with the firm.
• Being a confident communicator with the ability to inspire clients and peers.
• Having the ability to cement and grow the current sector relationships that we have.
• Display energy, enthusiasm and passion for the practice area
