I am a member of the Corporate Department at Hawkins Hatton, where I assist on a wide range of transactions. My role includes undertaking legal due diligence, drafting commercial and ancillary documents including disclosure letters and broader corporate support.

I graduated in Law LLB from the University of Liverpool having spent a year aboard and I completed my LPC and Masters at the University of Law in Birmingham.

In my spare time I enjoy cooking, baking, long walks and spending time with friends and family.

I am a member of the Corporate Department, where I assist on a wide range of transactions such as company purchases, company sales and MBO transactions. My role in the Corporate Department includes drafting and negotiating commercial documents such as share purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements, disclosure letters and loan notes; as well as the more general ancillary documents. I am also a member of the Banking and Finance Department at Hawkins Hatton, where my role includes the undertaking of legal due diligence on behalf of the bank as well as the perfecting and registration of security.

 

Outside of the office, I enjoy socialising and catching up with my friends and family, travelling, and following sports, my favourite being football as I am an avid Arsenal supporter.

I completed my LPC and MSc in Business and Management at the University of Law in November 2019, having graduated from Aston University with a degree in LLB Law and Management.

When I am not at work I enjoy cooking, spending time with family and friends, and volunteering for charitable causes.
